Is the '07 frame/ shock for the MKIII sport the same (hardware, bearings and all) as the MK Expert/Team/comp?

I have an opportunity to get a MKIII Sport frame with an '06 expert Kit-other than the 'sport' written on the frame-does the shock and frame differ from the upscale offering in the mkiii line this year??

aside from colors, the 07 frames, rear shock and hardware are exact.
