Have a conference to attend in Miami in March.

Any decent riding out there?

Any good trails?

Am coming from the UK, so will be nice to see some sun!

Oleta State Park - North Miami Beach - fun, challenging worth your time. Moderate to Expert Level Skills required in some areas.

Markham Park (County Park) - West of Fort Lauderdale - also fun and very challenging worth the drive. Expert Skills required in some areas.

Emilia Earhart (County Park?) - North Miami - fun Moderate Level Skills.

Quiet Waters (County Park) - North Ft. Lauderdale - Mild with a few challenging sections.

I've had the opportunity to ride some epic trails in UT, Hawaii, Colorado, SoCal, and Pisgah. Oleta & Markham lack scenery and only compare to those places in the skill & fitness level required. If you don't expect epic, these SoFL trails will pleasantly surprise you.

...and you will probably see a fellow Turner bike rider or two...

Man, forget riding while in Miami. Hit South Beach and eat lots of Cuban food instead... Then, drive down through the Keys...
Right next to Miami, AZ is Globe, AZ. Globe has the Pinal Mountains and several 4000' vert descents down into the Globe area. Starts off as aspen and firs, then scrub, then eventually deserty scrub. Six Shooter Canyon, Kelner Canyon, Ice House, Squaw Creek, etc. All great descents, mostly single track. some tech sections, a few features. Best on a 6" travel steed, but the shuttle guys do full on DH bikes quite often there.

But unfortunately you probably don't mean Miami, AZ... :(
Many thanks guys!

Will look into all of above... (and yes, it's Miami, FL, not AZ!) :)

good advice or just skip the miami part and head strait for key west trade in your bike for flippers and a snorkel
Markham is great, Oletta is entertaining, specially Gilligan's island. If you have the time and can drive to Tampa, Alafia and Balm Boyette are awesome.

You'll not believe the trails considering Florida is flat. Have fun!!
