I'm picking out a new rear derailleur for my medium Turner Burner. The question that I'm trying to figure out is should I get a medium or long cage? My cassette is 11-32 and the chain rings are 22, 32, 42. Oh the derailleur I'm gonna get a SRAM X.O. Thanks.

medium cage usually works for FSR designs, there isn't much chain stretch associated with them, at least when compared to high pivot bikes like santa cruz superlights. The gear range should be ok, especially the 22-42 part, and 11-32. If you were going 11-34 and 22-44, it would be on the edge, but I think you'll be fine with the gears you are planning.
