I used to have a maxxis high roller 60 compound in a 2.35, and that thing was soooo undersized it was rediculous. It looked like a 2.1 at the most. Is maxxis still doing this? I really want to run the minion f slow reezay in the front, and i am wondering if i should get the "2.35" or the "2.5" thanks.

I think the 2.5" Minions are DH (dual ply), where the 2.35 is single or dual ply no? So, keep in mind if you go with the 2.5" it will be ~1200g or so.

I can confirm that the Minion 2.35 is available in 2 ply. Not sure how heavy it is, but it feels a *lot* heavier than the High Roller 2.1 that it replaced.

The Minion 2.35 is also noticeably wider than the HR 2.1.
