Mavic SL FTS-L free wheel body search

Where can I find the elusive FTS-L free wheel body replacement kit? I've been riding my SL's for about a year and the rear wheel is making noise. Also, the cassete has started wobbling. I researched maintenence on the Mavic site and they mention this kit as maintenance, but I can't find one anywere.

So my questions are these:
1. Is my rear hub already shot?
2. Will this kit fix it?
3. Where can I get this kit?

I'm sure I'm not the only one with this problem considering the popularity of these wheels. Does anyone have a solution???

crossmax sl

just had a new freehub body fitted, and new bearings. The casset still wobbles like mad.Can the hub be knakered?
My freewheel is wobbling too. I took my freewheel off to clean & lube it, about a week ago. I didn't notice any problem until this weekend. I bent a cog and notice the movement in my freewheel.

I took the freewheel and axel off the rim, still unable to determine the problem. All the bearings look good.

How many washers do you have between the axel and the freewheel? (Just want to make sure that I did not drop a washer.)
What did you find out

My free wheel and cassett are both moving all over. Did you find a fix for this problem? Thanks Tom

Actually, no, I didn't. My plan is to send them in to Mavic to see what they can do. I'm overseas right now, so I probably won't know anything for quite a while. I'll post it when I learn more.
