Hi all!

I've been on these wheels for one and half years and now it's grime time...
Can anyone gimme links for Mavic hub maintenance guides...?

Also, what size are the bearings?
I'm thinking to buy them by my self to save some cash... or should I have LBS replace them?

Thanks for your replies.

Mavic service no problem

I've had Crossmax XLs and now SLs and have replaced the bearings in both. If you know how to tap out an old bearing and put in a new one... It's no problem. As far as service to the freehub... You should be cleaning and lubing it every 3 or 4 months of regular use. Be sure to only use the Mavic mineral lube as petrolium based products will ruin the seals.

how to remove 2003 mavic freehub

Hi there, any idea how I should go about removing the freehub from a set of 2003 crossmax ? A 10mm hex will not fit in the non-drive side.
