This will be my first upgrade. Right now I have a suntour short travel fork. I do mostly agressive XC with some jumps and drops, and I would like to get into some light freeride stuff, so I need a better fork. I don't weigh much at 140 pounds.

Pricepoint has the 2006 Marzocchi Z1 Sport on sale right now for $350. Is this a good fork? Looks like it has plenty of travel, but how is it for XC riding?

It's not that great of a fork. for 350 you could find a good used pike.
