I was wondering if this would be a good idea if I ever wanted to replace my current Vanilla RC?

I know I can get the 7.5" x 2" shock that I need for it, but will the Fox Reducers for the Vanilla RC work, also what kind of spring would I need, I weigh 190 Ibs with gear.

Any other ideas are welcome, and yes I already know about PUSH and their Works upgrade.
