I've just bought a 04 MX Pro 120mm fork.
Is it possible to service the fork myself?
If it's possible, any steps or care that I have to take note of?

And the last question is weather is it possible to reduce the 120mm travel to 100mm, maybe by cutting the internal or something better that that?

Yes they are quite simple to service. Just make sure your oil level is at 50mm below the top of the crown when full compressed.

As for the travel reduction, there is a way to do it. Contact Marzocchi and ask them how to do it.
