Recently, my front lever has a lot of travel. After I squeeze it several times, it adjusts itself and all is good, but the next day it has the same problem and I pump it again and it returns to normal. Did I lose some oil at some point? Bled the system about 4 months ago and I don't see any leaks.

Its possible it needs a rebleed as well as new pads possibly. As the brakes wear out, they self adjust. My guess is what happened is that you don't hvae enough fluid left in the resi for the amout of brake pads left.
