marsh/french creek condition

I am heading up that way from DE sat morning and was looking to ride at either place. Can any locals give me a idea of what the conditions are like? I know french creek is usally a safe bet, but marsh creek tends to stay wet longer.

I live about 30 mins from french creek, I know it rained some this week. I rode there last sunday after all the rain we had during the week and it wasn't to bad, little mud here and there but very rideable.
