Marsh Creek Ride - Wednesday 6-21

I'm most likely down for that. I've got my Dad and little Bro coming into town and looking to ride, so I've got to verify timing.

correct - 282 to reeds road to park enterance...

watch your speed on the park rd - i got pulled over and GOT A TICKET - :madman: :madmax: ranger rick must have radar eyes or some $H|T - no timing device or anything - but i was speeding - see you in court ranger rick! :rant: sorry - had to get that out!!

If I recall correctly, park rangers are allowed to use radar. If its a State Park, which i think it is, I believe the rangers are considered state troopers. bummer.

they may be permitted - but he didnt have it - he waved his hand (for me to slow down) out his window as he was driving up the driveway - i gave him a WTF look that he didnt like - ticket written as "disregarded post speed" - i WASNT speeding - he just didnt like my attitude... oh well

I'll join you guys this week. I may actually get there a little earlier and ride around a bit but I'll meet you in the boat launch parking lot at 6:00 pm.

Sorry i missed out, I went out to French Creek today and got all bang'ed up in the rock gardens.

i had a blast last night even though i felt like i was put through the ringer! That was the first time really riding with a group in a long time (12+ years!) and it was inspirational to get my butt in gear ( no pun intended) and get my endurance back!

Thanks for the fun ride and the patience! i really appreciated it.

I never have a problem taking a break to wait for someone – I often welcome it!

Well, somebody had to crash to make the ride complete. For once, it wasn't me.

I'm not feeling too bad today considering I hadn't ridden for two weeks (except a quick 30 minute loop last weekend). Counting the loop on the blue trail I did before meeting up with you guys, it appears I logged about 11 miles.

I'll be riding again this weekend, maybe with gears if I get around to replacing the seals in my fork. I'm thinking Sunday will be MTB day since Saturday is looking busy and I'll probably only have time for a road ride. I'll post here if I'm going anywhere interesting.

Gears!?!? Traitor! Had a good time as always, only wish I had more time. Hoping I can get out next week but I'm not sure how this moving thing is going to work out. I'd like to ride Saturday but again, not sure about my schedule.. I'm about 75% convinced about going to Fairhill for the poker run, but I won't know for sure if I can until Tomorrow.
