I just got my Quake CL7 frame from Mike @ Pedalshop and I accidentally overtightened the upper shock mount bolt while I was changing the rear shock spring. Since Mike is closed every Monday, I decided to give Marin a buzz and I got to speak with Pete of Tech Support. I explained to him what happened and he told me that he is sending me the shock mount bolt for free with the right torque specs.

For me, these kind of customer service is invaluable and it's what keeps customers satisfied and loyal to the brand. It's just glad to know that Marin's customer service is cool!
