Saddle is too low & too small to get a good pinch.

I don't want to get a fat saddle or raise it either, but I guess I could temporarily if that is the stepping stone I need for the order of progression.

I know some people can do them without the seat pinch, or so I have heard.

What's the concept behind that one? Foot pressure... but where? I don't get it.

I have time, patience, and manual skills. Just need some advice on this one.

Any tips?

I'm not pinching that much on my seat, it's actually low to where I can kinda feel it btwn my calves. Mostly when I'm manualling to bar spin, I have an ody senior saddle so it's pretty slim.
