I need stiffer spring for my -07 Stinky Fox Van rear shock. Now it´s 500 x 2.8 and i´m thinking buy 600 or 650lbs spring. It´s difficult find Fox´s own spring here Finland or European net stores. Manitou springs are easier find (and cheaper also). So, does Manitou spring fit for Van R, what´s it inner diameter?

It's should fit ok. I'm using 550x2.0 Manitou spring on my VAN R (190mm eye-2-eye).
