I have a brand new, 2008, manitou 130mm Minute MRD that has some problems. This model has the Absolute damper and the multi-position platform and only one air setting (not the TPC model).

Right off the bat the fork had/has a vibration and buzzing sound when it tops out. It also vibrates and buzzes when there's a quick hit from top out. The mid-to-end compression stroke feels really good, as does rebound until it tops out. It doesn't feel like it's going to come apart, but it doesn't feel or sound right either. I've tried a range of air pressures as well as rebound settings and the vibration and buzz at the top out and first part of the compression stroke remain. Any ideas or recomendations?
