What are general maintenance intervals for hydrolic brakes, suspension forks, rear shocks, full suspension frame pivots, etc?

If it really matters, I have Juicy 7 brakes, F29 fork, RP3 shock, and a Gary Fisher HiFi 29 frame.

Except for the Hydro brakes, there's an argument for riding Rigid Singlespeed!

I suppose once a year on the fork/shock rebuild, but I ride my Reba maybe once a year. Keeping an eye on the seals would be quite important. Pivots, Is once a ride too much lube? Or are they sealed bearing?

I wasn't planning on bleeding my brakes until the end of next season. That'll be two seasons on both the Hayes and the Shimano's.
