Will it suit to my custom 2s2p pack ( 7,4V, 4400mAh ) based on 18650 unprotected cells ?
It is 8,4V charger from ebay.

I would NOT charge unprotected cells with that charger. Better to use a balancing RC charger for your custom pack.

What about this one - Graupner LiPo Charger 2

It has no balancer, but it's automatic ( can recognize V and A ).
It's for 2s, question is if it would charge 2s2p properly.

Don't use 18650s unprotected - unless you like smoke and fire with no insurance. They need to be protected externally.
