Is the monteer battery and connectors reliable in humid, cold weather?

Does anyone have 1st hand experience?

In cold weather basic batterys have lower usable capacity.

Magicshine use this two types in alot lights.
one and two.

for good performance in cold conditions high drains types are the way to go.
