I know they show these live, but do they keep them around for a while so you can watch them not in the middle of the night? I know they did with the South Africa one, but I've not seen the rest of them offered to watch at other times...

It appears that they only have XCO hilights (and they are very short, under 2 minutes, I think there were more hilights than that in the race), they offer replay of some of the DH races, but that's likely because it doesn't take as long to rerun the DH races.

Tell me about. To top it off I am doing a 6hr MTB race the next day.

It will be an interesting race. I just got back from Europe and spent the week riding with Catharine. She is crazy strong right now, way stronger then I have ever seen her. Maybe with finally a good starting position she can win one of these things.

I like the preview blurb from bikemag.com...

Casa de Campo Park, site of this weekend’s World Cup XC race, is Madrid’s (much older) version of New York City’s Central Park. It’s a sprawling space on the west side of town and possesses a very colorful reputation as a place of business—the oldest business in the book. Catharine Pendrel and her coach even were hit on (in jest) by an enterprising young lady in white lace while they were pre-riding the course yesterday. Mix in Madrid’s mostly cavalier attitude toward partying, and you have a course littered with a few unusual hazards, including used condoms, bottle caps, puddles of broken glass and other assorted bits of discarded trash.

It's like staging a race in Stanley Park.

I think that's post-race.
