Learn how to mountain bike with help from the pros. Every Thursday this summer, the Mad Dog Cycles Race Team will host weekly guided rides. Great for novice riders looking for tips on biking and easy trails in the area. Free of charge but BYOB (Bring your own bike). Rentals are available. These are planned to be "Fun" rides, not hardcore "training" rides. We are willing to cater the ride to the level of the individuals coming to ride.

Here are details about the first Ride.

When: Thursday, May 5, 2005
Time: 5:30 pm
Where: Mad Dog Cycles, 736 S State Orem (Across from Scera)

From there we will caravan to Provo Canyon to Ride. We had planned on riding at Sundance but due to large amounts of snow we will ride another trail in the Provo Canyon Area. The exact trail will be determined by who shows up.

That Initial blurb came from a local Magaizine and they used the "Pro" term fairly loosly. I think the term "Pros" they are refering to are Seasoned riders of the Mad Dog Mountian Bike Team and not necessarily those who are really "Pro" . You are Correct in that we don't have any current riders who race "Pro". Sorry for the confusion.
