Hmmmm... if it doesn't say NO BIKING... ride it! but that statement is in jest.

I'm willing to bet 99% that since it's controlled by the WRC that biking is not allowed. Hopefully I'm wrong... until now I've never heard of that place. Maybe "THE GOOGLE" can find some info for us.
