Running a Blackspire Bruiser taco bashguard on mine. I've had it on for over a year with no problems- recommend it.

Thanks. That looks great, but unless I misunderstand it is a combo chain guide and guard, only good for single chainring setups.

I'm running a Shimano 2x10.

Any thoughts as to what will work as a bash guard?

I run the bruiser with shimano 2x10, it's just a guard, not a guide. Works great, has saved my bb a couple times. Also recommend it.

It's a bashguard. It just mounts to your tabs vs mounting to a spider. The only thing that it won't do that a spider mounted guard does is that it won't keep your chainring from gouging your calf or shin if you slip a pedal. I run it on a 1X so it's not relevant to me.

Thanks.

I didn't even know about the iscg mounts that are standard on bikes now!

I've ordered a Blackspire Bruiser Beavertail; it looks like it'll do the job.

All the help much appreciated.
