I thought I had a hernia in my lower Abdomen during a 30 Mile Race last year, in october, I was going to get it checked out but it comopletely went away about 2 days later. This month during a race with lots of climbing i felt it again, and like last time went away, but now i have been feeling it while doing intervals.
I went to the doctor and he sent me to a surgeon who said it wasn't a hernia, and most likely was a muscle strain of some sort and to try some anti-inflamatories.
Anyone have any expereince with this sort of pain?
