I thought I had a hernia in my lower Abdomen during a 30 Mile Race last year, in october, I was going to get it checked out but it comopletely went away about 2 days later. This month during a race with lots of climbing i felt it again, and like last time went away, but now i have been feeling it while doing intervals.

I went to the doctor and he sent me to a surgeon who said it wasn't a hernia, and most likely was a muscle strain of some sort and to try some anti-inflamatories.

Anyone have any expereince with this sort of pain?

Disclamer.....eveyone's body is different.....so It could be a ton of things......do you workout your lower ads? If not, they could be cramping under load. Are you constapated? you could be "braking stuff loose" when pushing. Is your saddle pointed up to much? you could be pushing your "junk" up while climing and causing your lower abs to hurt......


sorry, just talking out of my ass......but maybe some of this will help.:rolleyes:
