Losing Air in Rear Shock

I just purchased a brand new KHS full suspension bike about a wk ago. This past Monday I took it down to the shop to have them help me with the suspension setup. They aired up the rear shock, Rock Shox Bar 2.1, and it felt great, I just got back on the bike for the first time since and the shock has lost about 3/4 of its air. Is this normal? How fast should it lose air?

No not at all. Go back to the LBS and have them look at it

How do you know it lost 3/4 of its air? Did it get softer, or did you attach a shock pump and see a lower pressure?
