So I switched to a Renthal stem with the same stack height as the specialized stem, but riding today the swivel cap was rattling and loose. Any idea how to fix? Thanks in advance you crafty S riders!

Measure the height of the stems, perhaps they vary by a couple MM from what catalog spec suggest they measure.

Can you tighten the bolt?

I'm not entirely sure how the SWAT cap works, but if it is different than a normal cap, maybe tightening it won't help any. ha

Close thread, I fixed it! There is actually an Allen head adjustment underneath.
