I love riding Chain Less aka "The Poor Riders free coaster" On My Dirt Jumper from time to time to practice my fakie skills at the skatepark and I wanted to share with you this Great Way to Practice fakies.
Awesome work! I just bought a BMX freestyle bike and I've been practicing fakies and bunny hops on it. I seem to have balance issues trying to hold my fakies when I go up an incline. I've practiced on the small incline on my driveway and bumping curbs but it seems to be the same. I always tip to my left. I think it's due to me not having one fluent motion.
Try taking off the chain you don't even need to break the chain just tape it to the chain stay. it helps to separate the pedaling from the balance and practice a ton.
I also tied a an old tube over the crank arm and chain stay so the crankset won't spin freely.
