google is no help.. what im looking for is a trailer type cab that i can attach to my seatpost... im not looking for a trike type deal.. i want something i can attach to my current bike. im looking for either plans on how to build one or links on where to pick one up.. or even resources on pedicab related stuff... anything that might help..

From what I've been told, the trailer type pedicabs are dangerous as they typically lack brakes, lighting, etc. In some areas such as NYC, Denver, etc, they are trying to make it so trailer type pedicabs can't be used and force single frame units. You can check out www.rickshawforums.com. There's also a Yahoo! group on pedicabbing.

interesting

seems thats what a majority of the cyclist use around here are the trailer type rigs... proabably about a 60/40 ratio... but now that i think about it more of the commercial pedicab business use the trike style cabs.
