I am looking for people interested in renting a place in downtown Golden with me. I don't have a place available, I am looking for somebody to go in on a place with, to rent. I thought I would drop a line to MTBR folks.

For rent, I am thinking in the $300-$450 per person range, 2bdrm and 1 or more bathrooms. I have lived in downtown Golden for 3 years and need to move out of my current place and want to stay downtown or as close as possible.

I work full time in Denver, going back to school in January, and am really into outdoor recreation (mtn biking, rock climbing, snowboarding ,etc...)
I am laid back and easy going.
