The Hutchinson Cobra is close. Smooth rolling centre and relatively big and bitey side knobs. Rode them and liked them a lot. It's one of those tires that performs better than its semi-slick nature suggests. That said, the hardskin version I tested was pretty heavy for such a tire. There is an airlight version though. Take note that like Conti, Hutchinson tires are a little less big as advertised.

Lots of tires from other brands that fit the bill too, f.e. Panaracer Driver, Kenda Happy Medium, but no experience on those.
