I need a 120mm thru axle, 1 1/8 steer tube, 29r fork in black. All I can find is white forks except for a bomber and a really high end Reba RLT Ti. I can't budget much more than $650? Am I missing any options or is that all that's available thats not white ? Thanks....

Look up the 2010 MARZOCCHI TST2 AIR 29ER. Came in black and a lot of online shops (including on eBay) have the 2010 models selling for new $240 - $300+ on closeout right now to make way for the 2011 models. Not sure if they have 'em in black with the steerer tube you need, but check.

In terms of 2011....

Here's an example of the 2011 in black with your steerer tube from Universal Cycles.

Fox 32 Talas in 29 with the 1 1/18 tube, 15mm TA QR is available in black and 120mm, but it's over your budget at $890.

Your options open up if you would be okay with a white color fork, instead of black.

I also would have preferred a black fork when I built my Banshee Paradox but I believe you are short changing yourself by picking a fork based on color. I ended getting a "white Manitou Minute 29. You could go for a Manitou Tower Expert instead of the Pro if you really want black. It is more of a coil spring with air assist and works just as well only a little heavier.

Seriously, get a damn Minute for cheap, in white and get some decent paint and spray the lowers, if they scratch touch them up :skep: I used some for plastic spray paint on my lowers and it's held up pretty damn fine, only area I get any real rub off is inside the arch when mud builds and I keep riding.
