Go with True Precision Stealth hubs. They are instant engagement and completely silent. They're made in the USA and will definitely upgrade your ride to the status of total awesomeness.

Oury grips are made in the USA and super comfortable.

I'll list more if I think of any. I think this is an awesome idea by the way.

I think you will not be able to get a USA made drivetrain, at least not cassette and deraileurs. All of em are made in Europe and somewhere in asia.

I believe ActionTec cog sets are US made...will need a Ti or Steel FH Body (White Ind, True Precision, and King all offer this) to use it.

Will work better if you do not use broken parts.

...all parts are made in Taiwan and assembled in the USA for Fox forks
Makes sense. Their higher end forks approach a grand in price. No way they could make those here and still afford to keep the lights on.

Edit- a grand and a half in price. Wowsers, must have 24K stanchions.

...and this affects you how????
I just randomly picked your reply from the many that were making suggestions for components the OP expressed no interest in replacing or acquiring.
