I've started riding my mountain bike again after a 8 year hiatus.

I'm looking to get my mountain bike up to awesomeness status again. AND I am looking to make my mountain bike all American made, or as much as possible.

Go with True Precision Stealth hubs. They are instant engagement and completely silent. They're made in the USA and will definitely upgrade your ride to the status of total awesomeness.

Oury grips are made in the USA and super comfortable.

I'll list more if I think of any. I think this is an awesome idea by the way.

I think you will not be able to get a USA made drivetrain, at least not cassette and deraileurs. All of em are made in Europe and somewhere in asia.

Thomson is made in the USA

You can get a Thomson seatpost, seatpost collar and stem which are top of the line components made in the USA :thumbsup:

I believe ActionTec cog sets are US made...will need a Ti or Steel FH Body (White Ind, True Precision, and King all offer this) to use it.

Makes sense. Their higher end forks approach a grand in price. No way they could make those here and still afford to keep the lights on.

Edit- a grand and a half in price. Wowsers, must have 24K stanchions.

Wheels Manufacturing carbon headset spacers are made in the USA as are Stay Wrap chain stay protectors.

And if you decide to do something like a 1x9 the N Gear Jump Stop Chain Guides are also American made.
