So much colour! Our funtastic mission today was to ride and look for morels...we check a few patches but none yet. Instead, we found a vibrant and lush forest: tiny toads; tree bridges; giant ferns; 'shrooms and forget me nots. And we won't forget
We could only do a brief funday evening ride (hot as blazes during the day and evening thunderboomers rolling in) On the way home we spotted a guy [hipster] riding an electric solowheel. Another wheelie good weekend
12km Run-Ride pairing early Canada Day morning down to the Humber River. On the way back we spotted a family of raccoons cross a busy road. Luckily they made it across... I guess the trash is better on the other side
Funday ride along, and in the Humber River. Scorching temperatures were relieved with a hike in the river. The water was clean and refreshing. Spotted a shore toad, ebony jewelwings were fluttering along the water..."the plane, the plane", and a good abundance of milkweed this year. Another fantastic adventure
We did a evening urban ride (it was grossly hot and humid ). We stopped by a new local business that sold microgreens, local products like jams, pickles and frozen treats. We wore masks inside. We tried the raspberry sorbet. We ate it curbside. It was delightful!
Funday ride in the Nashville Tract. 40c humidity so it was nice riding along the mighty Humber River. Wheelying through creeks, log overs, and feeding fish from the bridge abutment (they seemed to like the treats we brought).
