Heres the actual weights for todays parts. I think I may have found the lightest seatpost!

iBeam Carbon Road Post 300m, 27.2 diameter: 153 grams

Lock On Grips: (weights include 2 grips, clamps & bolts)
Lizard Skins MOAB: 101
Race Face: 92
ODI Ruffian: 103

I was surprised that the Ruffians were the heaviest, they have the smallest circumference with no large knobs like the others do.

Crank Brothers 2Ti eggbeaters 2006: 221
Sram X.0 rear derailleur, med cage: 189 That is lighter than the short cage is supposed to be!!!!!!!

KCNC Ti Pro lite is lighter than the I-Beam, and 350mm too. Oh and it uses a normal clamp too .

There are lighter than that too.
