What would be a good light stem for a carbon epic expert? Also good light seatpost 30.9 350? Light but strong enough for endurance racing

im changing my post and stem also
going from specialized s works carbon (very nice post, but a bit porky at 220g) and thomson stem, also nice but heavy
im getting the ritchey superlogic carbon 1 bolt, after tuning it should be 165 and a rotor sx stem which weighs 103 in the 80mm
that change should drop 100 grams
New Ultimate

fairwheelbikes.com

I have 3 of them.
FSA os-99 stems are quite light but raceworthy. 110g for 100mm.
There is a token seatpost thread somewhere on the forum, they're about a light as you get without going exotic

If you go with a seatpost of this clamp design beware using an all carbon (rail) seat... the clamping area is directed into a very small area and can fracture carbon rails.
Syntace F99 unless you need oversize then Syntace F109

Correct - the Token carbon seatpost is lighter than the New Ultimate at about half the cost.

30.9/350 = 140g

My 350mm 31.6 New Ultimate weighed right at 140g (give or take 5 grams either way). Personally I don't like aluminum seatposts.
I have a question... Im looking to get a lighter stem. I am using a kona stem and I do not know the weight of it. Im thinking it is a quite heavy stem because #1 it came stock on a bike and #2 when I flick the stem with my finger instead of hearing the normal aluminum ding sound I hear nothing. This tells me the aluminum it thick which means it probably weighs more. any thoughts.
