They're not lock-on, but have you tried ESI silicone grips? They do not move at all and are pretty light.
Light Lock-on grips?
Is there such a thing? Aren't there some new foam lock ons coming down the pike? I lightened up my race bike quite a bit for next season, but I'm not sure about grips yet. I am thinking maybe grip tape is the way to go. What about the pork rinds? Some people complain about them. Are they comfortable for entended racing?(25-50 miles)

Bar tape is actually really sweet/light. i use it on my bmx bike actually.
