I am looking for some fatties for my Monocog. It came with 2.1 Kenda Nevegals that are a bit hefty at 700g each (weighed them myself) and I would like some bigger, bouncier tires since I am riding a rigid bike. I am looking at Panaracer Razer MX tires that weigh in at 530g. I don't need UST because I am running tubes. Looking for something 2.25-2.3" Any other suggestions?

2.2 Geax Saguaro. Lots of volume and bite for a rear tire. It also loves low pressures. Easily my favorite 26" rear tire. Not quite weight weenie, but it works and is reliable.

You want volume AND weight weenie.......Furious Fred 2.25 or 2.4

I'm a big fan of the Race King Supersonic 2.2. It's a fat tire, and loves low pressures. I regularly run mine at 25 psi, and it sticks like velcro to most surfaces at that pressure. Mine is mounted Notubes on the wide Race MMX rim. I don't know how it would cope with tubes at that low a pressure with regard to pinch flats though.
