LF: Yakima StickUp or Thule Doubletrack in Ontario, Canada

Are there any other places other than Rack Attack in Ontario, Canada that sell the Yakima StickUp or the Thule Doubletrack 990 lower than MSRP? There really isn't any retailer up here that sells for lower than MSRP, at least that I could find.
