There has been some discussions about routing the hydraulic disc cables on the Leviathan. This is what I've decided to do, I've routed the cable on the downtube. I used some cable-guides and sheet-metal screws. This method minimizes the amount of cable slack that is created when the shock is compressed.

I post these pics as another option. It might or might not be suitable for your bike, but here it is...
