rawr that's one sexy bike you must love looking at it as you push it uphill.

Some folks actually enjoy the climbing part and 22x34 lets them do that.

Naw I actually found myself climbing more in my 36t when I was running a 24x36 and I felt like a pansie spinning like crazy.

I have no trouble climbing on mine (and we do some fairly serious climbs) - 32 front and 11-34 rear. Actually has made me a much stronger rider over the last year, plus I found I was hardly ever using the small ring, anyway. Works for me anyway - individual results may vary.

Thanks bud, I really dig it.
you should ...its outstanding. I also am biased towards Chromag as they are such great guys I can tell just based on a few short e-discussions I have had with them.

What's up with all the taco bashgaurds on AM bikes? Replacing a crank arm is a lot cheaper than a new frame when you bust your ISCG mounts/ strip them.

Setup: Modded e*thirteen 32t special (now STP), XTR crankset, MRP carbon bash, e*thirteen chainring.

Rest: 2010 Reign X frame
2010 36 Float RC2 fork
DHX 5 shock
G Dropper
SLR flow carbon saddle
Crossmax wheels
XT cass, X9 SL chain
Conti RQ 2.2 black chilli tires
Saint brakes
Straitline pedals (not for long!)
XTR shifter & derailleur
Point1 LTD stem
Raceface SIXC AM bars

Right now I have an 11-32 cassette but can't quite get myself up some climbs, but I plan on either going 11-34 9sp or if the time for a change is the same time as Shimano's 10sp release then it'll be 11-36 XTR! :)

Good thing I push up steep climbs, eh? 29.32 lbs as pictured. lighter with my current mud spikes.
