To put it gently, they aren't worth much of anything. I'm guessing since they are on the side of the house, that they are a tad rusty too. Depending on what info you need, you're in the wrong forum. Neither are MTB's, and they aren't very unique. You could find 50 versions of them at the local VOA, possibly with less rust, for about $5 a pop.
