Well it's been 3 days since your post and I guess I'll ask the question that others are thinking. Why a lefty ? I've had cannondale bikes and I've had very good experiences with lefty's so I'm not bashing on the lefty.
Weigh's less, unique.. if I could get one cheap I would do it also
Last August T Brown Tweeted this pic of a Left on a 29" Carbon something. Can't tell if it was a Superfly HT, 100, or maybe a not yet release Carbon Rumblefish.

Which Lefty you use, whether regular or XL, is dependant on your headtube length plus headset stack. If this dimension is less than 138mm you can use the regular. Talk to these guys they are the experts in Lefty conversions.

to drop 400g ;)
I'm working on this same project. 2010 GF Superfly 100, 21'' and Lefty carbon PBR, XL clamp, @140mm length (limited travel 110mm). I'm waiting for other parts to complete the building.

Anyone other with a similar build?

You have pictures or a build thread?
Any updates on this? I also would like to put a lefty on my superfly 100
Work in progress

Something like this.
stem will be shorter, and of course there will be brakes, shifters, rear derailleur and all other stuffs ;); maybe also a telescopic seatpost

Looking good, can't wait to see it done. Love to get the details on the build.
Here I am, just one ride and a couple of pictures. I built it as a trail bike, i do not race and aimed at a bike for the longer rides.

Frame is a 2010 SF100 21''.
Fork is a 2010 Lefty pbr at 515mm a/c and 120mm travel. It is the XL clamped version and with a 10mm spacer between the lower clamp and the headset bearing race i got a 525 total a/c height.
Stem is a 100mm -17°, handlebar is 720mm wide and 12° sweep.
I9 wheelset, X9 shifters and derailleurs, x0 crankset.

I will probably swap the seatpost for a telescopic one and the pedals for the XT or XTR trail version.
