The latest from Cyclemonkey. I shot it yesterday. We try and get a record of these bikes before they leave Neil's hands. Some neat stuff.

sweet rig fo'sho
HATE the seatpost! I've never seen a titanium, Lefty/Rohloff equipped freeride hardtail;) Otherwise it's gorgeous!
Cable Festival

The Rohloff uses a grip shift style with 2 cables to pull into higher and pull into lower gears. It makes shifting rock solid without having to depend on gravity or a spring for shifting. Then This guy has a seatpost lever and a lockout for the Lefty. The cable routing for the Rohloff is sweet and tidy and is custom made by Lynskey for Cyclemonkey. With the additional features it sure makes for a bundle of wire.

hermosa!!! beautiful!!!
Where does one get a lefty fork for a 29er?
I have seen them on Ebay, but they are pretty much all used...
Interesting setup but I think my eyes are bleeding now.
That just isn't pretty.
I'm interested

What do you mean? I know I am not accustomed to the look.

I don't find it asthetically pleasing. There are some things that are functionally awesome and look great too, this in my opinion is not one of them. If it performs as the owner was hoping then the build has served it's purpose. I just think it fell from the ugly tree and hit every branch on the way down.
It's a little weird to say the least. I guarantee that you would never see me going down a hill on that thing. I'm just lucky to be riding a bicycle at my age!

Either your local Cannondale dealer, if they are forward thinking, and want to earn money, or, try finding a shop that services them, as they will often sell you one too.

Cool bike, but it is odd in some way, can't put my finger on it. Maybe it's the odd saddle tilt, makes it look like it didn't really get built for its customer, but rather, he got offered a deal on it so he figured he'd snag it....:D
That's a lawsuit waiting to happen!
I'm all for a Rohlly equipped Ti bike, believe me, such a bike would be the queen of all my dreams. But that bike just needs some work. Bottom line is that it's just poorly executed. The whole isn't more than the sum of the parts, in fact, it looks more like it's merely a pile of parts that are not meant to go together.

Cleaning up the cables will be a good start. Not tidy at all, way too long, questionable routing.

That seatpost is...i can't even say it. Self evident.

The fork...dont' get me started on those, but the least I can say is thats not the optimal choice for this build.

The XT skewer is badly executed.

The builder choose to break a few Ti-bike-build rules... mixes Ti with not only Alum hardware, but Carbon as well...

Sorry, I should have just shut up. Not lynsky's fault, I do like their frames.

Tough audience. Really makes you want to post your build eh?
I don't believe there are Ti bike rules or if there are, they are made to be broken. Also, if you can afford a custom Ti bike you don't have to follow someone else's rules.
It's too overdone. The sum of the parts ruins the "soul" of a ti build. This bike could be likened to someone putting 22" rims, a 900lb stereo and underbody neons on a Ferrari.
