I have a scratch on the damper body of my Super Deluxe rear shock, not sure how it got there, it's kinda deep.
Every time I go riding it leaks oil and air (at least 50psi), I have checked my Schrader valve and it is tight, pressurised my shock and put soapy water on it, can't find any leaks

what is the best way to solve this problem/fix this scratch?

New shock body with a rebuild. Send it away for the appropriate service with an expert suspension service company.

Yeah I’m gonna get in touch with my local suspension shop tomorrow, its beyond me how I got this scratch on there, the shock is pretty new and it is very well protected where it sits on my frame (Santa Cruz Bronson V3) hopefully it doesn’t cost too much to get it all sorted

You can also try and file down any high spots and fill with nail polish. Can't hurt at this point and might get you by.

^^^ worth a try, and it can be OK for a fork where the fork seals aren't holding the air spring pressure. On a shock, they do, so any small irregularity will cause loss of pressure and it's much less likely to work, and certainly not for any length of time.
