Ok, the race is finally here.

Old Thread-

Can you just provide some last minuet advice for me in preparation and riding of the race? Its supposed to be close to 90 tomorrow for the event. Its a time trial setup that starts at 2:00 PM. What are some things I should eat before or dont eat before. I know I need to drink buttloads of water tomorrow. Practice runs go from 10:00 untill 12:00. The festival is serving Chicken BBQ but I think it may be wise to stay away from that before the race. Thanks in advance!
