My family is going to stay a few nights at the campground at Lackawanna State Park and I'd like to sneak in a few rides. Are the trails there easy enough for a 40 year old beginner who doesn't know what he's doing?
..LSP is as easy or challenging as you would like based on speed and different lines you can ride......bring your kayak too! Excellent place to ride....maps available at the park.
Def. alot of varied terrain there, from easy to technical. Basset path is probably the only trail I would stay away from if you want easy terrain, other than that you might have to hike a bike a little but, 90% shouldn't be a problem. I ride there at least 4x a week spring-fall. Only 10 min. away so its super close and good, well maintained trails.
