After screwing up three times to do the right calculations to get a loam dropper for a build I have to say that PNW customer service let me exchange the post and worked with me on the phone to get the right numbers. Doing a build from scratch these days can be tough with nothing out there in the supply chain. I found very few vendors answer the phone or respond to email queries. But PNW did. My thanks to them.

I have no association with PNW.

Agree. I brought a second pnw dropper bc of how awesome their customers service was on abnormal issue with first post. Before i even filled out warranty paperwork, replacement post was already in the mail.

I called them to help me figure out the travel on a dropper that came on a used bike so I could advertise it correctly when I put it up for sale. I left a message on voicemail. Less than 2 hours later I had a return call and was helped by a very polite person.

In contrast, I have had questions for Niner twice in the last 2 years. Phone calls never get answered. Voicemails never get returned. Emails are never answered. It's like no one is there at all.
