My wife and I will be riding at KT this weekend. We were supposed to be coming with another couple, but unfortunately, they had to cancel at the last minute. We really like riding with other people (and my wife really likes riding with other woman).....so, we were wondering if there are any couples that are going to be riding this weekend that might like to meet up to ride and possibly grab a couple of beers afterwards. We're both in our 40's. Drop us a line. Thanks!

Shut the front door. I love this guy! So let's get this straight, you've been to KT before but still need route/ food & beer suggestions? ..but I get the point to this thread, good luck. (wink, wink) …but as stated before, it's pretty easy to hook up with others on the weekend, but maybe someone will respond to this, good luck and I do sincerely hope you and your wife have a great time. Just relax and go with the flow, your over planning your trip. Parking lot at the top of the Hill is a good spot to mingle too.

Thanks for the really helpful post. Wink, wink. We unfortunately have never been to KT before....our previous trips were cancelled because of bad weather. Simple fact is that my wife is not an aggressive rider and just feels more comfortable riding with other woman, particularly in unfamiliar settings. When she's more comfortable, we get better rides in. One of the beauties of mountain biking is it is a great social sport and we've met a lot of really cool people because of it.
