KS Lev E30i?

Hi,

I took my seat off my E30i post and noticed there was no valve on top to add air?
I guess it's a cartridge? It moves fine fortunately.

Also, I want to take the collar off to clean, it's not reverse threaded?

This came with my Ripmo which I've had for about a year. So far, it's been doing the job
but notice dirt is accumulating around the collar and hear it. Any hacks would be appreciated.
