I just replaced my bearings of my headset for new ones in my Orbea oiz m10.
Now I used kroon Atlantic shipping grease on my bearings and I also did some grease in my frame where the bearings go inside.
I am a little confused as I read that grease would demage the carbon. Is this true and should I remove the grease and put some assembly paste instead?
